Marilyn Campbell, of Upper Arlington, has volunteered at VOICEcorps for 17 years. This week, she was in our studios recording articles from TIME Magazine. Careers and Concerns
Addressing job search and career issues for people with disabilities

Careers and Concerns is a one-hour program that airs on VOICEcorps reading service every third Friday of the month through 2010. The program explores topics like Resumes, Cover Letters, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Creating a Business, Tough Job Interview Questions and more. The program is hosted by Rick Huddleson, a businessman with 25 years experience in the insurance industry. Huddleson is a graduate of Ohio University and began volunteering at VOICEcorps in March, 2009.

Here’s a link to the January, 2010 program, The Importance of the Resume, with guest Fred Points, career counselor at Jewish Family Services: Careers and Concerns Radio Program

Send us your questions! Our February “Careers and Concerns” guest will be James Gears, ADA Cooordinator of the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. Please send your questions about the ADA and job seeking for that program to: careers@voicecorps.org.

Careers and Concerns is made possible through a grant from the Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council.
